When can I register for camp?

Camp has open enrollment starting in January of that year.

What do I need to register for camp?

  • The registration form filled out completely and signed by parent/guardian and camper.
  • The medical release, including immunization dates. A doctor does not need to sign off on the medical form.
  • The release card.
  • Non-transferable deposit per week per child.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is included in the camp fee, although it is not door to door. Bus stops are set in a number of communities. Please view the schedule by clicking on our Program Guide on the Camp Arrowhead Outdoor Recreation Center's homepage. Participants of the ½ day Pioneer program must be transported by a parent to and from camp.  Transportation is not offered for campers staying for extended care hours.

Can I sign my child up for additional weeks during the summer?

Yes, we ask that you sign up by the Wednesday prior to the start of a new week. We cannot guarantee there will be space on the bus as it is limited.

If I can't make it to pick up my child, can my neighbor?

If for any reason you can not pick up your child, we will only release your child to one of the named adults on the release card returned with registration. We require identification from anyone who picks up a child and under no circumstances will we release a child to a person not listed on the submitted parent/guardian form.
