The following directions are for our Administrative Branch located in Middletown. For directions to one of our Centers, please visit the Center’s section on this site.
Directions from Points North of Middletown
- Take the Garden State Parkway heading south; get off at Exit 114 - Holmdel. At the top of the exit ramp make a left onto Red Hill Road – heading east.
- Make first Left onto Van Schoick Road / CR-52. Continue to follow CR-52 for 2.3 miles
- After .1 miles make a Slight Right. Continue until you intersect with NJ-35.
- Turn Right onto NJ-35 South. Stay in the right lane and follow the signs for Cherry Tree Farm Road. (0.1 miles) and follow the jug handle. You will cross over RT. 35.
- Follow CR-516 / Cherry Tree Farm Road for approximately 2 miles.
- CR-516 / Cherry Tree Farm Road becomes Tindall Road. (0.2miles)
- End at 113 Tindall Rd Middletown, NJ 07748.
Directions from Points South of Middletown
- Take the Garden State Parkway heading north, take Exit 114 - Holmdel. At the top of the exit ram make a right and then get in left lane to make a left onto Van Schoick Road/CR-52. Continue to follow CR-52 for 2.3 miles.
- After .1 miles make a Slight Right. Continue until you intersect with NJ-35.
- Turn Right onto NJ-35 South. Stay in the right lane and follow the signs for Cherry Tree Farm Road. (0.1 miles) and follow the jug handle. You will cross over RT. 35.
- Follow CR-516 / Cherry Tree Farm Road for approximately 2 miles.
- CR-516 / Cherry Tree Farm Road becomes Tindall Road. (0.2miles)
- End at 113 Tindall Rd Middletown, NJ 07748-2321
